The Ministry of Health Patient Information System is a digital platform developed to improve the delivery of healthcare services within the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM). Officially launched at the Ministry of Health – BARMM in Cotabato City, the system is designed to streamline the management of patient records, medical history, and health services across regional health facilities.
